Admissions Information for
New/Transfer Students


New Student Registration is ongoing for the 2020-2021 School Year. Please follow these steps to apply to St. Michael School:

  1. Please begin by downloading and completing a New Student Application.

  2. E-mail your completed application to our Main Office at

  3. The school will review your application and contact you about registration.

  4. Once you hear from the school, you may register your student by downloading and completing a New Student Registration Form.

Registration for the 2021-2022 School Year

  • Re-registration for Current Students will begin in January 2021. 

  • Registration for Siblings of Current Students at St. Michael School will begin in January 2021. 

  • New Student Registration Form.. Once your application has been completed, and you have heard from the school, you may proceed with registration by completing a New Student Registration Form.

For your registration to be accepted, you must present the following items at the Main Office, with your completed Registration Form:

  1. Child's Baptismal Record

  2. Child's Birth Certificate

  3. Child's Immunization Records

  4. Child's Social Security Number

  5. Copy of Child's last Report Card (if registering for grades 1-8)

  6. A non-refundable registration fee 

  7. Letter from the pastor of your church (if applicable, and if at a parish other than St. Michael or St. Basil)

  8. Custodial Papers (In the case of divorce or separation, a certified copy of the court order which states who has custody of the child.)

Your child's registration can begin, but cannot be finalized, until the above requirements have been completed. Registrations received after the formal registration period ending February 12, 2021, will be reviewed as they are received.​
